Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use by a user (the "User" or "You") of BetBuffoon Casino (the "Platform"). By accessing, using or registering on the Platform, You agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following words shall have the meanings assigned below: (a) "Affiliated Companies" means entities that control, are controlled by or are under common control with BetBuffoon Casino; (b) "Event of Force Majeure" means an event beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires and any other natural disasters. (c) "Platform" includes all content, features, services, functions, web pages, designs, data and software used or provided by us.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title and interest in the Platform and its components, including but not limited to proprietary technology, processes, methods, software, graphics, layout, design, concept, theme, trademarks, service marks, logos and trade dress (collectively "Intellectual Property"), are owned by BetBuffoon Casino or our Affiliated Companies. The Intellectual Property is protected under applicable laws, including copyright, trademark and patent laws.

Use of the Platform

(a) You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. (b) You agree not to: (i) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the software underlying the Platform; (iii) create any derivative works from the content or materials provided on the Platform; (iv) use automated scripts or other unauthorized methods to access and/or use the Platform. (c) You agree to use your real name and information when registering with us, including but not limited to providing accurate date of birth.

User Contributions

(a) If you submit any material to be posted (including text, images, video or audio) ("User Contributions") on the Platform, you grant BetBuffoon Casino an irrevocable license to display, use, reproduce and distribute the User Contribution. (b) You confirm that your User Contributions do not infringe upon or violate anyone else's rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BetBuffoon Casino, our Affiliated Companies, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the "Protected Parties") from any loss, damage, liability or expense resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(a) This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. (b) Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved.

Termination

(a) We reserve the right, at any time for any reason (or no reason), without prior notice and liability, to: (i) change, suspend, discontinue or restrict the access to or use of all or part of the Platform; or (ii) delete or remove Your User Contributions. (b) On termination, You must immediately stop using and accessing the Platform.

Liability

(a) In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss (including but not limited to business interruption losses). (b) Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will in no case exceed X.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Protected Parties be held liable for: (a) Any damage resulting from Your breach of this Agreement; (b) Any damages, costs or expenses arising out of an Event of Force Majeure.

Amendment

We may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice to You.

Entire Understanding

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, understandings and commitments between us.

Language

The English language version of these Terms will govern in case of a dispute over their meaning or interpretation.

Acceptance

By continuing to access or use our Platform, you acknowledge that You have carefully read this Agreement, understands it and agrees to its terms.
